Barbecue and grill lovers get ready for two days of fire and flavour: the perfect event to discover the Grill & BBQ world is on our beach!
The appointment is on Saturday, the 27th and Sunday, the 28th April 2024 in the central setting of Piazza Trevisofrom 10:00 to 19:00 for 2 days in which expert grill masters will carry out masterclasses and show cooking on the following 4 topics:
meat
fish
finger food
vegetables & fruit.
An explosion of flavours therefore:
Master grillers: renowned chefs and enthusiasts will compete in spectacular demonstration shows, revealing the secrets for cooking meat, fish and vegetables to perfection.
Tastings for all palates: succulent dishes cooked on the grill will be proposed, and, why not, even some desserts.
Not just meat: there is also room for vegetarians and vegans with tasty vegetable alternatives to grill.
BBQ enthusiasts and expert grillers can assist, but also simple curious eager to learn new cooking techniques can do it. It will absolutely not be a classic competition between grillers, but a moment of promotion, communication and masterclasses dedicated to these types of cooking, in the presence of certified grill masters. The goal is to promote the world of grill and bbq cooking.
The program in the 4 stands will be intense, a few steps from the central Piazza Fontana, with Fabrizio Nonis, Davide Bigarella, Erica Mason, Luca Ziggiotto, Riccardo Tomaello, Luca Borri, Riccardo Spolverato, Haymo Gutweniger as protagonists.
