20,000 square meters of beach, over 15 platforms set up in front of the sea, internationally renowned presenters: these are just some of the characteristics of the largest outdoor Fitness Convention, a unique event, the most popular in Europe, with all the fitness which is always on trend combined with the technical quality of the execution.
In the background, as always, the immense beach of Bibione, the sea breeze, the energy of music and the heart that dreams to the rhythm of fitness, in the usual location on the beach in front of the Villaggio Turistico Internazionale (access from Via delle Colonie 4 and Via Ariete).
Bibione Beach Fitness® comes of age this year: in 2023 it reaches edition no. 18, and is ready to celebrate with the usual (if not greater) desire to make its participants feel good and at the same time have fun.
And if the formula is consolidated, there are new things every year. For 2023, there will be the collaboration of the Italian Army with “military fitness”: a path created by military instructors who, with the use of artificial obstacles, will guide the participants in the execution of physical exercises typical of tactical/operative training of the Italian soldier. The route will be characterized by increasing difficulties, combining speed and agility.
And after sweating all day, the possibility of a dip in the pool, a session in the hammam of the spa complex, the happy hour at the Beach Parties (Friday, 22nd and Saturday, 23rd September from 19:00 to 23:00 / only for adults), the evening disco (Friday, 22nd and Saturday, 23rd September from 24:00 to 4:00): nothing is missing for a long weekend of sport but also for a beach holiday with music, dance, physical and mental well-being, entertainment, carefree, learning, new friendships that arise from common passions, to end the summer in a great way!
But that’s not all: Bibione Beach Fitness® is confirmed as family friendly again for 2023, with free admission guaranteed for children aged 10 to 17 if accompanied by an adult registered as a participant in the Convention (“young” package).
