First cathegory touristic residential complex, situated close to the city centre of Bibione, a few meters far from the beach and a few feet away from the Bibione Thermae.
Composed of 101 apartments with one or two rooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and a large terrace, some of them with sea view. Residence Serenissima is spread over eight floors and has two elevators (accessible to disabled) and a reserved beach place (a beach umbrella and two sunbeds for each apartment) and a changing room. Each apartment has a cover and numbered parking place in our fenced parking at 50 meters from our Residence.
Residence Serenissima has a wide green park and a swimming pool for the adults and for children, a wide whirlpool, a solarium terrace with sunbeds and a snack-bar terrace. All our apartments are elegantly furnished and provided with each comfort: air conditioning, TV-Sat, little safe, hairdryer, micro-wave, electric broom, washing machine and dishwasher. Moreover, Residence Serenissima offers a cleaning service, without the cleaning of the kitchenette, once a week and at the end of the stay with changing of linen (sheets, bath towels and tablecloth).
Residence Serenissima is covered by WiFi connection, which permits a fast connection inside the open spaces and on the ground floor you can find a game room for children.
