On Friday, 9th June there will be a new, exciting event in our seaside resort: Bibione Mask to Ride. From 10 am the Mask to Ride team will be in Piazzale Zenith to offer a wonderful motor show.
It is an event of motor therapy and inclusion, part of a journey about 4000 km long and which includes 14 stages.
Since 2020 this caravan of solidarity, which combines sport, entertainment and inclusion towards the world of disability, has given emotions and adrenaline throughout Italy; this year one stage is Bibione, so come and enjoy an hour of adrenaline-pumping show: wheelies with the motorbike, drifting on the “E-Motion-Drive” – a special motocross suitable for wheelchair users – ramp jumps, acrobatics, moments of “motor therapy” that involve the public and give so many emotions and smiles. As the organizers say, a smile is often the best medicine for those who have to deal with disability every day in a world that is not always inclusive and for those who, especially in the last two years, have been left alone, with little chance of meeting the outside world.
There will be:
- The international freestyle motocross ace Alvaro Dal Farra
- the wheelchair kart cross champion Mattia Cattapan
- the president of Giesse Risarcimento Danni (Compensation for Damages) Nicola Barchet
The show is free and will last about an hour; it will be accompanied by the new slogan: “people close to people”.
