Food lovers, get your forks ready! On the weekends of 10-12 and 17-19 May 2024, Bibione is preparing to host an unmissable gastronomic event: Bianco Weekend. Six days dedicated to taste, tradition and the excellence of the territory, in an atmosphere of celebration and conviviality that will animate the beating heart of Bibione, from Viale Aurora to Piazza Treviso.
The undisputed protagonist of this event will be the white asparagus of Bibione, a prized product that boasts a long tradition and an unmistakable flavour, and the sea buckthorn, a native plant of the valleys of the Tagliamento and Piave rivers. The best chefs in the Veneto region will try their hand at creating innovativeand refined dishes, enhancing the qualities of this spring vegetable and pairing it with finewines, with the possibility of enjoying cocktails based on sea buckthorn.
Show cooking, tastings, educationalworkshops, cocktailshows and talkshows, areasdedicated to typical products await you for a 360-degree sensorial experience. You will be able to discover the secrets of growing white asparagus, savour traditional Venetian dishes revisited in a modern key and purchase typical local products directly from the exhibitors.
